Are Korean Pokémon cards official?
Yes. Korean-language Pokémon TCG products are printed under licence by Pokémon Korea for the Korean domestic market. They are not counterfeits, proxies or unofficial reprints — they are the official product, in Korean.
Collectors outside Korea seek them out because Korean print runs are often still available at retail after the Japanese equivalent has sold through, and because the pricing is different. That is a collector's reason, not the publisher's intent: these sets are made for Korea. Everything we sell is sealed factory stock bought through Korean retail and distribution.
Can I use Korean cards in tournaments?
It depends on the game, your region and the event, so check before you buy for that purpose. Korean-language cards are produced for the Korean market, and official tournament programmes outside Korea generally list only their own regional languages as legal for sanctioned play. If you intend to compete, look up the current rules for your game and region first.
For casual play, local league play and collecting, this is usually not an issue — the organizer decides what is allowed at their event. We are a retailer, not the publisher, so we cannot rule on tournament legality. Your event organizer or the publisher's official rules page is the right place to confirm.
What's the difference between Korean, Japanese and English Pokémon cards?
Korean sets follow the Japanese release schedule and card list, not the English one. A Korean box carries the same set code as its Japanese counterpart — sv11B, M2a, s6a — and contains the same cards with Korean text. English sets are restructured: several Japanese sets are usually combined into one larger English release months later.
Box contents differ too. Most Korean and Japanese expansion boxes hold 30 packs of 5 cards; a US English box holds 36 packs of 10 cards. Prices are therefore not directly comparable across regions without checking the pack count.
One practical difference: Korean cards use the same card back as English and other international printings. Japanese cards use a different back, which is why Play! Pokémon rules treat Japanese cards as "marked" when mixed into a sleeved deck. Korean cards are not affected by that rule.
How long will my order take?
Every order takes up to 3 business days to prepare, then ships. Economy takes 7–14 days in transit, so 10–17 days in total. Express (DHL or FedEx) takes 2–5 days in transit, so 5–8 days in total.
These are carrier estimates rather than guarantees — customs inspection and peak season can extend them. Where an item ships by sea freight, that is stated on the product page, and sea freight can take one to two months.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate by destination zone — United States, Europe, Asia, or Rest of World — and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of USD 200 or more ship free by Express.
Free shipping applies to a single order of USD 200 or more. Orders held in the Vault are shipped at actual cost — combining several orders into one parcel saves you the per-parcel cost, not the whole shipping charge.
Economy is limited to parcels of 2 kg or less. If your cart is heavier than that, only Express is available.
Will I pay import duties?
If you are in the United States, no. US orders ship DDP, which means import duties are already included in the price you see, and the carrier will not bill you on delivery.
Everywhere else, orders ship DDU and import duties, VAT and any customs handling fee are the recipient's responsibility. These are set by your own country and we cannot calculate or prepay them. If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were not paid, we refund the order value minus the original shipping cost.
Can I return an order?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is still sealed and its value is not diminished. Sealed booster boxes, packs and cases qualify; opened product does not. Email support@pickfromkorea.com with your order number to start a return.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is our fault — wrong item, defective item, or damage in transit. Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item, go to the original payment method, and exclude the original shipping cost.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report it within 72 hours of delivery to support@pickfromkorea.com with three photos: the outer box with the shipping label visible, the contents as you found them, and a close-up of the damage. Keep the original packaging until the claim closes — carriers reject claims without it.
For Express shipments we refund in full once the carrier confirms the damage. For Economy, compensation is capped at the carrier's liability limit of USD 100, which is why we recommend Express for higher-value orders.
Damage means the value of the product has been compromised. Scuffing or crushing to the outer box of a sealed product does not count if the inner packs are intact — the outer box protects the packs, it is not the product itself. For single cards, tearing or heavy creasing counts; edge nicks and minor corner wear do not, as these occur in normal handling.
Is Solo Leveling Collect Card a playable trading card game?
No. Solo Leveling Collect Card is a collectible card set published by Mapniverse under licence from D&C Media — there are no rules, no deck construction and no leader cards. It is made to collect, not to play.
It is also a different product from Bandai's Union Arena Solo Leveling set, which is a playable TCG with an official English release. Most English-language searches for "Solo Leveling TCG" land on Union Arena. What we sell is the Korean Mapniverse line, which has no official English release. Card names on it are readable in English.
Do you ship sealed cases?
Yes. A case is sold and shipped as a sealed case — we do not open it to pick out boxes. We currently stock sealed 30-box cases of Solo Leveling Collect Card Vol.1 and Vol.2.
A case ships by Express only, since it is well over the 2 kg limit for Economy. If you are looking for something not listed on the site, email support@pickfromkorea.com with the set code and quantity and we will let you know what we can do.
