These terms govern your purchase from Pick From Korea. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Sealed trading card products sourced in Korea. Product pages state the language of the printing, the set code, the release date and the pack configuration. We sell sealed product only — we do not open boxes or cases to select contents, and we make no representation about what any individual sealed product contains.

Orders and prices

An order is confirmed when payment completes. Prices are shown in Korean won and converted to your selected currency at the rate displayed at checkout; the amount your payment provider charges may differ slightly due to their own conversion.

Stock is limited and sold in the order payments are received. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

For orders shipping to the United States, import duties are included in the price. For all other destinations, duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

Shipping, returns and claims

Delivery times, shipping costs, return conditions, and how we handle damage and loss are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Payment

We accept PayPal. Card details are handled by PayPal and never reach us.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address, and for any import restrictions that apply where you live. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or import charges went unpaid, we refund the order value minus the original shipping cost.

Limits

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for the market value of sealed product, for what a sealed product turns out to contain, or for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not remove any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
