Eternal Return TCG — Nivel Arena, Korean Edition
Eternal Return, the battle-royale game by Nimble Neuron once known as Black Survival: Eternal Return, has an official trading card game — but it is not a standalone product. It is published as part of Nivel Arena, a Korean card game from Gemblo Company that runs one ruleset across several licensed game franchises. Eternal Return joined the line in 2025. Which sets are Eternal Return?
Nivel Arena numbers its sets across the whole line rather than per franchise, so the Eternal Return codes are not consecutive — BT05 is Eternal Return while BT08 is Goddess of Victory: NIKKE. The Eternal Return sets released in Korea so far are the two starter decks ST08 and ST09, the booster pack BT05, and Special Booster Pack SB02.

How to read Nivel Arena set codes
ST is a starter deck, BT is a booster pack, and SB is a special booster pack. The number that follows counts within that type across the entire Nivel Arena line, not within one franchise. That is why an Eternal Return booster is BT05 and a NIKKE booster is BT08 — they are two entries in the same sequence.
How does the Korean edition differ from the Japanese one?
A Japanese-language edition of Nivel Arena exists, released by Animate International, and Eternal Return reached Japan on 28 August 2026. It is not a direct translation of one Korean product: the Japanese release is sold as an "integrated edition" (統合版) that combines the Korean starter decks ST08 and ST09 with the Korean booster pack BT05 into a single product of 120 card types, six cards per pack. The Korean line keeps those as separate products, and it runs ahead — Special Booster Pack SB02 arrived in Korea on 24 June 2026 and has no Japanese counterpart yet.
What is in Special Booster Pack SB02?
SB02 was released in Korea on 24 June 2026. It is built around Reni, the lead character of Eternal Return Season 11, "Petit Minion", and adds new leader cards and new gameplay mechanics rather than reprinting earlier ones. The set includes SSL cards — Special Signature Leader — designed together with the Eternal Return development team. Each box contains 15 packs of 4 cards, 60 cards in total, and the set is a premium print in which every card is a high rarity.
Is this the same as the Eternal Return video game?
It is the licensed card game, not the video game. Nivel Arena uses Eternal Return characters and artwork under licence from Nimble Neuron, and it is played with physical cards under the Nivel Arena rules. Owning the cards does not give anything inside the video game.
